We hope you are delighted with your Diptyque purchase; however, if you are not completely satisfied, you may return any unopened and unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please note that for hygiene and safety reasons, products must be returned in their original packaging with the protective film intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original shipping box, ensuring all fragile glass bottles and candles are securely cushioned to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring any previous shipping labels are fully covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and retain your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receipt.
